How long does shipping take?

Within VIC: 1 to 6 business days

Rest of Australia: 2-11 business days

How do I wash my Heat Pack?

Spot clean only. Please do not fully submerge your heat pack in water. If needed, wipe the outer fabric with a damp cloth while being careful to not wet the filling. Allow the fabric to fully dry before microwaving your heat pack.

How long do I microwave my heat pack for?

Each heat pack and eye pillow comes with specific heating and cooling instructions. Timing will vary depending on the size of the heat pack as well as your microwave wattage.

Can your heat packs be warmed in the oven?

No, our heat packs should only be heated in the the microwave.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Faulty item: If there is ever anything wrong or faulty with an item we will refund or replace the it free of charge.

For changes of mind, refunds can only be provided if the items are unused, in original packaging, and sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving the item.

How big are the heat packs?

We currently have four different sized heat packs:

Mini: 12cm x 17cm

Small: 12cm x 24cm

Large: 14cm x 29cm

Extra Large: 18cm x 45ccm

How do I make a wholesale order?

For wholesale orders please contact us via email, instagram or our online contact form. You may request our general wholesale pricing list or simply let us know the size and quantity you are after for a specific quote.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes absolutely! To arrange local pickup please contact us. You will be provided with a code that allows you to order through the website without paying shipping.
