Can I use my heat pack as a cold pack?

Yes, absolutely! Please pop your heat pack into a sealed bag and place it in the refrigerator or freezer until it reaches your desired temperature. It can then be used as a lovely cool pack.

How do I heat my SunBee heat pack?

Please place your heat pack in the microwave and heat it according to the instructions provided with your product. Microwave temperatures can vary, so please always start with the recommended heating time and add a little more time if needed. Please never leave your heat pack unattended while heating.

For larger heat packs, please ensure all parts are tucked in so the microwave plate can spin freely with no obstructions.

How do I make a wholesale order?

For wholesale orders please contact us via email, instagram or our online contact form. You may request our general wholesale pricing list or simply let us know the size and quantity you are after for a specific quote. 

Are SunBee heat packs suitable for children?

Our heat packs can be enjoyed by children, but please make sure an adult is always present when heating the heat pack. Please check the temperature carefully before giving it to a child.

 

Can I wash my heat pack?

Please don't put your heat pack in the washing machine or submerge it in water, as the filling needs to remain dry. If your heat pack gets a little dirty, please gently spot-clean the fabric with a damp cloth and allow it to dry completely before using it again.

 

How should I store my heat pack?

Please store your heat pack somewhere clean and dry when you're not using it. Keeping it away from moisture will help keep it fresh and ready for your next cosy moment.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes absolutely! To arrange local pickup please contact us. You will be provided with a code that allows you to order through the website without paying shipping. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we want you to 100% happy your purchase. 

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your heat pack arrives damaged, faulty or isn't working as it should, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a full refund or replacement

For changes of mind, refunds can be provided if the items are unused and sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving the item. Cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility  of the customer.
